New education resources for schools and groups
We’ve added a new page to the website this week. Our education resources section is full of useful teaching material, lesson plans and ideas to help the Cambridgeshire Fens and our wonderful local wildlife spring to life for primary age children. Developed in partnership with Peterborough Environmental City Trust (PECT) it covers a wonderful wide range of different topics.
Choose to explore the world of mini-beasts, discover why wildlife corridors are so important, become a nature sleuth and learn to identify animal pawprints or explore what wonders lurk beneath the limpid liquid surfaces of our ponds and rivers. For all these topics and much more go to our education section. All education resources are free and please share as widely as you can to your groups and clubs, and generally any organisation who will find the education resources useful. Thanks to National Lottery Heritage Fund for supporting this part of our project.
